Terms of use

1. Service

ConvertInSeconds provides free online file conversion tools. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of availability, conversion quality or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, limit or discontinue individual converters at any time.

2. Permitted use

You may only convert files that you are legally entitled to use. It is prohibited to upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights (including copyright) or contains malware. Automated mass use (bots, scripts, scraping of the conversion endpoints) is not permitted. Free server-side conversions are subject to fair-use limits (file size and daily quota).

3. Your files

You retain all rights to your files. We claim no rights whatsoever to uploaded content. Server-side converted files are deleted automatically after processing; in-browser conversions never reach our servers at all.

4. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Since the service is free of charge, any further liability is excluded to the extent legally permissible. Please always keep a copy of your original files.

5. Applicable law

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
